Our story
Splendid Coordination is part of Splendid Care Services Pty Ltd. We started with a simple belief: nobody should have to work out the NDIS on their own.
Again and again, we saw people with good plans that weren't turning into real support. Funding sat unused, providers didn't call back, and participants and families were left chasing everyone themselves. We knew coordination could be warmer, clearer and more persistent.
Today we're a team of support coordinators, specialist support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches, bringing NDIS experience, cultural understanding and genuine warmth to every participant, from a first plan to the most complex hospital discharge.
"Nobody should have to work out the NDIS on their own. Our whole job is navigating it together, so what’s written in a plan becomes what gets lived."
Mission, vision and values
Our mission
To help NDIS participants turn their plans into real progress, with coordination and recovery coaching that is warm, honest and dependable.
Our vision
A future where every participant in Victoria and South Australia can navigate the NDIS with confidence, choice and a team that has their back.
Respect
We treat every person with dignity, listen first and honour their right to make their own choices.
Honesty
Plain answers, backed by evidence. We say when something isn't working, and we explain why.
Cultural safety
We make room for culture, language, faith and identity, so every person feels safe being themselves.
Persistence
We follow through. When a door closes, we find another way and keep going until it's sorted.
Partnership
We work with participants, families and care teams, not around them. Good outcomes are shared work.
How we work
We keep things simple, personal and joined up. In plain language, that means:
- Person-centred. We start with who you are and what you want, not just what's in your plan.
- Trauma-informed. We go at a pace that feels safe and respect your right to say no.
- Culturally responsive. We make room for language, culture and faith, and arrange interpreters when needed.
- Working with the whole care team. With consent, we keep family, clinicians and providers on the same page.
- Regular check-ins. We agree how often we'll catch up, and we stick to it.
- Preparing early for reassessments. We gather reports and evidence months ahead, not at the last minute.
